Do not sell or share my personal information

RodentHero is paid by pest control providers for the calls we connect to them. Transferring your call and phone number to a provider may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. If you do not want us to transfer your information to a provider, the simplest choice is not to call, because the call itself is the referral. If you have already called and want your information removed from our records, or want us to stop sharing it with providers for billing or dispute purposes, email privacy@rodenthero.com with the phone number you called from and the subject line "Do not sell or share". We will confirm within 15 business days.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of information collected from that browser. Because we do not use third-party advertising cookies, the practical effect is that Google Ads measurement tags are not loaded for that visit.

Call recording

Calls to RodentHero numbers are recorded and transcribed. If you do not want to be recorded, hang up before speaking with a provider.

Access, correction, and deletion

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, email privacy@rodenthero.com from any address and include the phone number you used to call us so we can verify the request. See our privacy policy for details and your right to appeal.

Information held by providers

Once you speak with a pest control provider, the information you give them is governed by their privacy policy. Send requests about that information to the provider directly.
